This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing are handled for AddOnQuote, a software application developed and operated by Side Quest Studios.

AddOnQuote may offer a free trial period. During a free trial: You may access the service without charge, You may cancel at any time before the trial ends, No payment will be processed unless the trial expires. Once the trial ends and payment is processed, the account becomes active and paid.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access remains available until the billing period ends. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time.
Unless required by law: Subscription fees are non-refundable. No refunds are provided for partial months, unused features, downtime, user error, or change of mind.
The Lifetime Deal is a one-time payment that grants access to AddOnQuote for the lifetime of the product, subject to the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and fair use limitations. Lifetime access does not mean: Unlimited usage, Multiple unrelated businesses, Resale or sublicensing, Guaranteed perpetual availability.
Unless required by law: Lifetime Deal purchases are non-refundable. No refunds are issued after access is granted. Termination due to policy violations does not entitle the user to a refund.
For subscription plans: Failed or declined payments may result in restricted access or suspension. Access may be restored upon successful payment. We are not responsible for payment processor errors or expired payment methods.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in: Immediate suspension or termination, Revocation of access. Excessive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
Refunds may be granted only if: Required by law, Approved in writing by Side Quest Studios. Approval does not establish precedent.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or fees unless otherwise stated.
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
